Every class is created with changing themes and sequences with the latest understanding of breathing, meditation, and mudra practices thatare healing!

In other words, these classes will never be boring and will always focus on your healing. Explanations are provided throughout the class. Andrea stays for fifteen minutes after class to answer questions.

If you have tried yoga before and it did not work, it is probably because you did not stick with it long enough.  Yoga's benefits are cumulative.  The more you practice safely, the better your results.
