During the Happy Body Series, we will use techniques from the Vini Yoga tradition as taught to me by Leslie Kaminoff and Olga Kabel, two highly experienced Yoga Therapists and teachers. Many of the poses will look familiar but we will focus on injury prevention and more functional ways to work the body. These will be workhorse poses, not showboat poses. You will be amazed at how you can make your yoga practice more effective with these therapeutic principles.
