I have to give a shout out to Andrea’s yoga classes. I’m isolated in Arizona, but the beauty of her yoga class makes me feel connected with the world in a healthy and loving way. She helps with adaptations and has such a calming voice. I would encourage anyone to check it out. She also made it extremely affordable!
