106classes. I’m isolated in Arizona where social distancing is easy since we don’t know anyone! But the beauty of her yoga class is that it makes me feel connected with the world in a healthy and loving way. She helps with adaptations and has such a calming voice. I would encourage anyone to check it out. She also made it extremely affordable!
